These terms are between you and LostPokeCenter LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us"), for the SetMaster app. By using the app you agree to them.
SetMaster helps you catalogue and value a trading-card collection. Prices, set lists and card details are information only. They are estimates drawn from third-party sources, may be wrong or out of date, and are not financial, tax, insurance or investment advice. Check a card's real value before you buy, sell or insure it.
Some features need SetMaster Pro, sold as a subscription (monthly or yearly) through Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period paid for. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. When Pro ends your collection stays on your phone and keeps working; only the Pro features lock. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings on a new phone.
Your collection and photos belong to you and stay on your device. You give us permission only to process card photos you scan, to read them for you.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer our servers, bypass limits or purchases, or scrape our price data. We may limit or block access that harms the service.
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Digimon, Flesh and Blood, Star Wars: Unlimited, Dragon Ball, Riftbound, Gundam and other names, card images and logos belong to their owners. SetMaster and LostPokeCenter LLC are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Center, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, Bandai, Riot Games, Fantasy Flight Games, PriceCharting or any other trademark owner named in the app. Despite its similar name, LostPokeCenter LLC has no connection to the Pokémon Center stores or website.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that prices or card data are correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on prices, or from lost data (keep backups). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under your local law.
We may update these terms and the app; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
